• Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to info@unipass.in within the specified time frames outlined below.

• Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

• All refunds will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total amount paid.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for all services under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If requested within 7 days of purchase and before any service has been rendered.

• Partial Refund (50%): If requested after the initial consultation but before substantial work has been done.

• Non-Refundable: Once the service has been substantially completed or fully rendered.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

• No refunds will be provided for services that have already been fully rendered.

• No refunds will be given for any cancellations requested after the service has been substantially completed.

 

4. Exceptions

• In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances, UniPass may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
